As CEO and CFO of Persistence Medical Billing Services, I bring more than 17 years of experience in the medical field, integrating clinical insight, administrative expertise, and strategic leadership. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, and I am currently completing a second graduate degree, a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

My professional background provides a comprehensive understanding of both the clinical and operational challenges faced by healthcare providers. Since founding Persistence Medical Billing Services six years ago, I have remained committed to helping practices strengthen revenue cycle performance, maintain regulatory compliance, and reduce administrative burden. In addition to full-service medical billing, the company offers credentialing services designed to support providers in establishing and maintaining efficient payer relationships.
